The PUUR inc Webstore is a regular online store: all items are available until they sell out. We have our inventory online as well as available at our permanent location at 78 Horatio street New York.
When can I expect to receive my order?
we strive to ship your order as soon as possible, preferrably same or next day, and within 3-5 days from receipt of your order. standard shipping is ground.
How do I invite my friends?
You can always invite friends to shop on our website and send them alerts for items you like to order.
Can I order by phone?
Unfortunately, we are only able to take orders via the website. Alternatively you can come in at our warehouse location at 78 Horatio street, New York NY 10014. Store hours are Monday through Friday from 10 am to 2 pm. Or mail us at info@puurinc.com for extended hours.
How can I change my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to change or cancel your order once it enters our system. You may place an additional order at any time.
How much is shipping?
Most merchandise will ship for a low base rate of $10.00 per order for Fedex Ground Shipping. Oversized items will have an additional shipping cost and will be added at checkout.
What is the return policy?
Since the merchandize is heavily discounted all sales are final.: we do not refund, exchange or accept returns on any of our items for sale.
Sizing
The different
brands use their own size scales. Since the clothes are designed to be
worn fitted, the sizes can run sometimes smaller than American
customers are used to. We think that our clothes look better when worn
fitted, so we recommend to buy the appropriate size. If you prefer a
more casual and baggy look, we suggest to buy 1 size up.
